Shipping Info

Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class for the UK and Royal Mail International Standard for outside of the UK

Estimated Shipping Times

UK: 1 working day.
EU: 3-5 working days.
Rest of World: 6-7 working days.

These are estimated times and cannot be guaranteed. While we expect the majority of deliveries to arrive within these times, delivery may take much longer in some cases depending on your domestic shipping service or due to other circumstances beyond our control. Royal Mail will only consider a package missing after 28 days have elapsed. We can therefore only start a refund or replacement process after this waiting period.

International tracking is available upon request at a cost of about 3 times the standard rate. Please place an order as usual including a note requesting a tracked shipping service and we will contact you to arrange additional payment which will be in the region of £5.

Return Policy

To arrange a return or for any other query please contact auldgods@gmail.com with your order number.

If you received a shipping notification for your order and suspect that your package has been lost in transit, please refer to the information about delivery times in our shipping policy. Packages are sometimes returned following a failed delivery attempt where the customer did not receive any notice from their postal service, so we advise you to check whether your parcel is being held at your local delivery centre before contacting us.
